Future Hope announces its National Director

We are very excited to announce that, after much prayer and seeking God’s leadership, the board of Future Hope has unanimously chosen a National Director!

Davis Kinley spent 10 years in a fast-paced and high-pressure corporate arena, focusing on sales and relationship management for a large, US-based international company. There, he consistently surpassed the milestones he was tasked with, achieving them with excellence and integrity. His proven ability to network, build relationships, discover new mission-critical avenues, cast vision, and to bring people together will be a tremendous asset to Future Hope, enabling us to more effectively achieve our vision of reaching 100,000 students.

In addition to his corporate achievements, Davis also has a tremendous heart for ministry. For seven consecutive years, he has served as a volunteer Young Life leader. In this role, he organized and executed weekly ministry events for high school students while consistently discipling and mentoring a group of young men. This passion for ministry was born out of his upbringing where he witnessed his parents work in full time ministry, planting a local church that focused on the next generation.  Davis and his wife Michaela, have three children, one of whom was just born a month ago and is not in the picture above.

We believe that Davis’ combined experience with raw frontline ministry and real-world corporate experience makes him the perfect fit to fulfill this critical role of National Director of Future Hope.

By the way, if you took note of the last name and wonder if Davis Kinley is related to Jeff Kinley, you are correct. Davis is one of Jeff Kinley’s sons. Though Davis is fully-qualified for this role apart from his familial relationship to Jeff (and his friendship with Todd who has known Davis for over 7 years), his hiring will serve as an extremely smooth transition and foster an incredible spiritual and theological synergy with the board. This will enable Future Hope to hit the ground running in pursuit of its critical ministry objectives.

Davis points out that, “Our youth are longing for purpose and direction now more than ever and I am honored to be able to use the knowledge and skills that God has provided me with for His glory. What an amazing time to go to battle for the Kingdom! Future Hope is not just a catchy name. It is the core message of the Gospel. It’s the ‘why’ behind all that we do as Christ-followers.”

He concludes, “I am excited to see what God is going to do through Future Hope and its role in fostering a spiritual revolution among our youth. We pray for God’s continued hand over this ministry in the relentless pursuit of the next generation!”

Will you support us and join us in prayer as we move forward with this critical hire and jump on a moving ministry train “in relentless pursuit of the next generation?”

Future Hope is NOW!
